Thailand has a beautiful background for the third season of The White Lotus gives a look at the spirituality or lack of it for the new guests with a familiar formula that curates a great balance of character driven story while slowly building to the season's mystery. The vast new cast give enough to keep you hooked and manage to fill the Jennifer Coolidge shaped hole, but it is Amy Lou Wood and Parker Posey who keep the season afloat and interesting.

 Cruel Intentions was supposed to be a masterclass in manipulation and power, but the series fails to live up to its original movie's expectations. The Greek society houses' survival is lost in translation, while Caroline's choices are easily led back to her, and her character feels under-developed. Blaise Powell, the strongest part of the series, is the true mastermind of Cruel Intentions, but the series lacked depth and exploration.
